Upcoming Salley Session on Negotiation and Persuasion (June 26)
In today's competitive work environment, the ability to negotiate effectively and persuade with confidence can be the difference between achieving your goals and watching opportunities slip away.
At our next Salley Session on June 26th in NYC, you'll gain invaluable insights and practical techniques along with other emerging leaders from top companies. You'll go through engaging discussions, simulations, and explore proven strategies for navigating complex negotiations, building rapport in order to craft compelling arguments that resonate with your audience.
This session will be led by Jonathan Spivak who’s a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. He has 15+ years of experience and has negotiated high stakes deals for their private credit team.
Whether you're closing a high-stakes deal, pitching a game-changing idea, or rallying a team around a shared vision, mastering the art of negotiation and persuasion is an essential skill for any successful leader. RSVP here

Recap of our last Salley Session on ‘Adapting to a rapidly changing workplace’
A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of having Jennifer Q. Chen - President and CRO at Connatix lead at a Salley Session.
She currently runs a $100M+ global video and advertising technology business based in New York. Before Connatix, Jenn started her career at Lehman Brothers, went to AppNexus as an early employee, and become the VP/GM of Programmatic at Sizmek by Amazon, where she scaled the global programmatic business over 5x to above $150M, while driving the integrations of several strategic acquisitions.
In addition to her accomplishments in the digital space, Jenn is also the Co-Founder and President of Givology.org, a nonprofit platform which connects donors to students in developing countries.
There was a lot of learning and insights gathered in the room, which was full of emerging leaders and executives from companies like Capital One, Google, Ocelot Bio, Street Smarts VR, etc. Here are few pics from the last Salley Session.
