Hey friends,
New York may be going back and forth between summer and winter these days, but Salley is going only in one direction: forward. We’ve had a jam-packed month, full of exciting things. Without further ado, here’s what our April looked like.
Product updates
At Salley, we’ve always been committed to helping you achieve your long-term goals. It’s one of the reasons the first skill we’re piloting is building a strong online presence. We’re fully aware that this doesn’t happen overnight. It requires consistent time and effort. That’s why Salley now allows you to set long-term goals, ask questions and much more. Here’s what’s new:
you can tell us what you’d like to achieve in 3 months
you will receive personalized weekly quests to take you to your goal
you can ask questions about all things online presence
you can receive real-time personalized guidance via text
Product Hunt Launch
As you may know, we launched on Product Hunt last week. After a day of battling it out with other amazing products, we landed as one of the top 5 products of the day. It was extremely exciting to get so much support for Salley and receive such positive feedback from people from all over the world. Not only that but we were also featured in Product Hunt’s newsletter - Makers - as one of the top products of the week. And this is just the beginning 🔥
Workshops
Building a strong online presence was surely en vogue in the past month. We teamed up with organizations like On Deck, Fractionals United and The Org to host workshops on building an online presence, and - let us tell you - they were all a blast.
We met so many interesting people and managed to get a considerable number of them started on building their online presence. Much more to come in the coming months, but we’re super excited for the warm reception April brought us.
Exclusive member-only experiences
As you know, we’re all about creating unique and unforgettable experiences for our members. This past month we took Salley members to one of the coolest spots in Midtown: Bookmarks Lounge. Nestled on the 14th floor of the luxurious Library Hotel, this place provides amazing city views, a cozy atmosphere and a cocktail menu full of literary puns. The best part? It’s so hidden even locals don’t know about it.
We spent hours talking all things online presence in the company of a special guest with 100K+ YouTube subscribers and walked away having learned new things and having made new friends.
We’ve got a lot more exciting things planned for the coming months and can’t wait to share them with you. Stay tuned!
